From new user courses familiarising new staff with the workings of SIMS, to more specific courses covering, for example timetable and end of year procedures, these courses are an excellent opportunity to gain the skills needed to use SIMS to its full potential.

Training and Development Programme
One Training and Development Programme (TDP) offers a wide range of flexible, scheduled courses that have been tailored for various levels of ability and to support the continued development of One users. These courses
are an excellent opportunity to learn from Capita Children's Services' Consultants with specialist knowledge in all areas in One.
TDP courses will also provide a chance to network, share ideas with other LAs and seek advice on best practice to enable successful planning for training of One users for the year ahead. They are held at the following locations - Birmingham, Bristol, London, Manchester and York. Each course is of one day's duration - 10.00am - 4.00pm, including lunch and refreshments.
