Web and Bulk Address Validation

The Web and Bulk Address Validation Service functionality is now operational and is activated by downloading and applying the appropriate licence key.
The completed Post Code field will be checked against an external address database that is accessed across the Internet as a Web Service. Initially, the external database will be managed and maintained by Capita ES, the data has been supplied by the DfES subject to agreement.
Each zip file contans the activator key and the release note(s) for the relevent functionality. Unzip the files to a local directory and follow the instructions given in the release note to activate the service.
