Registration information

For delegates arriving at Keele on Monday 23rd June

Registration will take place in the Chancellor’s Building from 2.30pm.  However, delegates arriving after 8.00pm will need to register at the 24-hour reception located in the Darwin Building.

For delegates arriving at Keele on Tuesday 24th June

Registration will take place in the Chancellor’s Building from 8.30am. A luggage storage facility will be provided in the Chancellor’s Building for all attendees, as bedroom keys are available from 1pm.

Checking Out on Wednesday 25th June

Rooms must be vacated by 9.30am. There is no formal checking out procedure; on departure keys are to be deposited in the “key return boxes” in the Halls of Residences, at Chancellor's, or the 24 hour reception at Darwin.
