The FPS.Net and FPSadvance.Net software available from HCSS can be tailored to meet each Local Authority’s LMS delegated scheme, the effect of allocating budgets in year 1 of the plan can be easily seen over 5 years, reports for Governors can be presented either as bar charts or pie charts. Budgets entered into HCSS software can be imported into FMS SQL Server. Future developments include a link from Personnel 7 thereby significantly reducing the level of data entry. At this years conference the demonstration will include the integration of eCopy Desktop with SIMS, enabling small scanners or desktop multifunction products to scan directly into SIMS. eCopy Desktop also provides a host of other document manipulation capabilities such as combining PDF documents by simply dragging and dropping pages, adding stamps, sticky notes, creating bookmarks and integration with other technologies such as fax, email and conversion into MS Word or Excel.
