Entitled Delegates

Every SIMS LA is entitled to 2 conference places as part of their Annual Maintenance Agreement.  If you are claiming entitled place(s) please complete the ‘Entitled’ section on the online booking form to confirm your attendance.  Delegates wishing to arrive on Monday 22 June are very welcome.  This will incur a charge of £120 per delegate for dinner and overnight accommodation.  If this is not included in Annual Maintenance, a Purchase Order number will be required. Pre-purchased Delegates

As well as the 2 entitled places, your LA would have had the opportunity to pre-pay for additional delegates.  If you are claiming pre-purchased place(s), please complete the ‘Pre-purchased’ section on the online booking form to confirm your attendance.  Delegates wishing to arrive on Monday 22 June are very welcome.  This will incur a charge of £120 per delegate for dinner and overnight accommodation.  If this is not included in Annual Maintenance, a Purchase Order number will be required. Additional Delegates

Additional places can be purchased in line with the rates detailed in the ‘Costs and Attendance Options’ page. If you wish to apply for additional chargeable places (maximum 2 in the first instance), please use the ‘Additional Delegate’ section on the online booking form.  A Purchase Order number will be required before acceptance of bookings.  If more than 2 additional places are required, we will add these to a reserve list and advise applicants of availability after the closing date of 12 June 2009.
