Terms & ConditionsEntitled Delegates Every local authority is entitled to two conference places (Option 2, Tuesday and Wednesday) as part of their Annual Maintenance Agreement. These conference places cannot be transferred between options or shared between colleagues within the same local authority or neighbouring authorities. All conference places are for one person per option. Places cannot be transferred or shared between colleagues within the same establishment. Delegates wishing to arrive on Monday 22 June will incur a charge of £120 per delegate (dinner, bed and breakfast). If this is not included in the Annual Maintenance payment, a purchase order number is required at the time of booking. All cancellations must be emailed to alison.paris@capita.co.uk. Postal cancellations will be processed by postmark date. There is a 75% cancellation charge if your booking is cancelled after 9am on 15 June, as follows:
There is a 100% cancellation charge for any delegates who fail to arrive at the conference without prior cancellation, as follows:
There is no discount for delegates who select an option which includes accommodation but choose not to use that accommodation. There is no discount for delegates who select Option 1 which includes the Monday evening meal but choose not to attend the meal. Capita Children’s Services reserves the right to decline bookings from other establishments. All delegates must register on arrival at the conference for health and safety purposes. Option 3 cannot be tailored or amended to suit individual circumstances. Unfortunately delegates are unable to attend elective sessions only; they must register as a day delegate. Special requirements (dietary needs, personal religious worship, disabled access etc) can be arranged. Your requirements must be stated at the time of booking to ensure all the necessary preparations are undertaken prior to your arrival. Capita Children’s Services does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. Collateral provided remains the intellectual property of Capita Children’s Services, who assert the right to worldwide copyright unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing. Additional Delegates If you wish to apply for additional chargeable places (maximum two), please book using the ‘Additional Delegate’ booking category. Other Please note that this event is for Local Authorities only. Where delegates request to be placed with their colleagues in specific accommodation blocks, we will endeavour to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee that this will always be possible. |
