One Autumn Roadshow 2009 - Terms and ConditionsEvery authority is entitled to one place at the One Autumn Roadshow as part of their Annual Maintenance Agreement. Additional Places – cancellation is required in writing 7 days prior to each event. If cancellation is received less than 7 working days prior to the event, 75% is chargeable. Delegates who fail to arrive at an event without prior cancellation, will be charged at the booking rate of £80 + VAT. Please email notice of any cancellations toKerrie-ann.smithers@capita.co.uk Purchase Order Number – we regret that bookings cannot be accepted without a purchase order number. If you have pre-paid for one or more of your places via annual maintenance, please indicate this by typing ‘PREPAID’ in the purchase order number field. Please note that no refunds or credits are available against unused places at the One Autumn Roadshows. Capita Children’s Services reserves the right to cancel/decline individual bookings if applications for delegate places exceed the number available. All delegates must register on arrival at the roadshow for health and safety purposes. Capita Children’s Services does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. Collateral provided remains the intellectual property of Capita Children’s Services, who assert the right to worldwide copyright unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing. Capita Children’s Services reserves the right to amend event content, event times, dates or to cancel any event. Changes to event times and dates will be advised before the event start date. |
