We look forward to seeing you in May when we present the latest news of product and service developments from One.

Entitled Delegate Places
One delegate per authority is entitled to attend FREE OF CHARGE, as part of the Annual Maintenance subscription. If you have pre-paid for one or more of your places via annual maintenance, please indicate this by typing ‘PREPAID’ in the purchase order number field.

Additional Delegate Charges
Up to three additional delegates can attend at a cost of £80 + VAT per person. Bookings for third and fourth delegates will initially be placed on a reserve list and confirmed on the booking deadline of 30th April 2009. If spaces are not available, we will contact you after the booking deadline to let you know.

Please note that online bookings for additional delegates cannot be accepted without a purchase order number.

Online Booking Procedure

• Step 1 Enter the number of delegates you wish to book and establishment postcode.
• Step 2 Enter your establishment and delegate(s) details, select the date you wish to attend.
• Step 3 View booking summary.
• Step 4 Submit your booking. All delegates will receive an automatic e-mail confirmation to the contact e-mail address that has been supplied for them.
• Step 5 Final joining instructions will be sent to all delegates closer to the event.
