General information about our eNewsletters
Here at Capita Education Services we believe email newsletters are a highly effective method of communicating with our customers. We aim to deliver quality information directly to your Inbox, to save you time trying to find out the latest news. Currently, we offer three eNewsletters:
- The SupportNet Update
This is a weekly email sent every Wednesday that lists the latest postings made in SupportNet, our information-rich customer support website.
- The SIMS eNewsletter
This is a monthly email that contains a summary of the latest news from the world of SIMS.
- The LA eNewsletter
This is a monthly email specifically for LA support teams that covers both SIMS and One issues.
We understand that many people are wary of giving out their email address to any organisation, especially if they are unsure of how their email address will be used. To reassure you, we have prepared an FAQ to help answer any queries you might have. Also, you can view the latest SIMS and LA eNewsletters as a webpage (see below) to show exactly what you can expect to have delivered directly to your email inbox.
How to subscribe
If you have a SupportNet account, you can choose to receive both the SupportNet Update and the SIMS eNewsletter by going into 'My Profile' and checking the appropriate boxes. The LA eNewsletter is only available to SupportNet users that have an LA support team account. If you don't have a SupportNet account, you can register for free. Click here for more information.
If you don't want a SupportNet account, or you are ineligible to apply for one, you can still register for the SIMS eNewsletter. Simply send an email to webmaster@capitaes.co.uk with SUBSCRIBE in the subject line. You will be able to unsubscribe at any time.
