I'm having problems reading the email / My email has strange codes in it / None of the links appear to work. Why?
If you are having problems viewing the SIMS eNewsletter in your email, it is most likely because you are receiving an HTML format email and your email client expects plain text format emails. The solution is to email the webmaster requesting that you receive future emails as plain text.
How do I unsubscribe from receiving email newsletters?
We provide several ways for you to unsubscribe. You can visit the unsubscribe page and enter your email address. At the bottom of every email we send, there are instructions describing how to unsubscribe. If you are having difficulty using either of these methods, contact the webmaster for help.
Will you give out my email address to anyone else?
Absolutely not. We respect your privacy and will not pass on your details to any third party organisation. Your email address will be stored within our system until the point where you no longer wish for us to contact you via email. However, Capita ES may occasionally include information about partner companies that we consider relevant to SIMS users.
Will you use my email address to SPAM me with adverts?
No. We may occasionally include details of special offers on Capita ES products and services within the monthly SIMS eNewsletter, but the focus will always be on providing you with information of value to help you make the most of your SIMS system.
