    Timetable Creation Service


    New for 2006

    For 2006 we have a new service for Secondary Schools - The Timetable Creation Service. This service is designed to take the stress out of the summer term by offering a timetable and support service to Schools.

    The service will include:

    • A completed timetable three weeks before the end of the summer term unless specific difficulties arise late in the process.
    • A telephone and online support service will be available during the summer holidays and early in the Autumn Term until the timetable is stabilised, for any timetabling enquires.

    Prices are as quoted below:

    30% payable on agreement of the contract
    70% payable on agreement that the contact has been completed Requirements from the school
    • A member of senior management with responsibility for Curriculum delivery will need to be available in order to act as the liaison between the school and Capita Education Services.
    • A clear Curriculum plan that has been agreed by the school will need to be made available in a clear format. ( Help can be made available with this if required )
    • A Staffing spreadsheet will need to be produced along with guidelines on how staff are to be deployed. 
    • A set of guidelines which itemise very clearly all the restrictions and limitations within the plan and any staffing limitations which may have an impact on the timetable as it is being constructed. 
    • A copy of the current timetable will need to be provided so that base data can be established.
    • A member of the schools staff, either a teacher or member of the support staff with technical knowledge, will need to be identified who can then take responsibility for data transfer during the timetable process. This person will also need to be able to print out pupil timetables, staff timetables and pupil class lists as required by the school.
