- Guidance and support throughout any implementation by offering project management days to guarantee that your SIMS implementation or upgrade runs smoothly and minimizes disruption. Specific packages for training and development of the system can be managed from within the service.
- Onsite consultancy to give customised training and advice on planning and development of the system. Consultants are available to run onsite consultancy days specific to schools' requirements. Training can then be taken on schools' specific dataset and the consultants will have the ability to assist with further planning and development of the system.
- Flexible, back-up support to your in-house IT team with a Professional Support Partnership. Our consultants can be scheduled to be onsite to assist you for either short term projects or when you require additional skilled resources for those infrequent but complex tasks, such as end of year reporting.
- A Healthcheck for all schools designed to look at whether SIMS is at its best working order and we will provide practical suggestions as to how data can be used to help support policy aims and decision making in your school. NOW for Secondary Schools
