ParentPay
ParentPay, a new system which for the first time enables parents to pay for any items or services such as school trips, music lessons or school meals by credit or debit cards over the internet.
It is very easy to use and has proven to be extremely popular with parents, teaching staff and school administrators. ParentPay only requires a standard Internet connection to be set up and can be used in any nursery, school or college.
Once a school has signed up to use ParentPay each family group is allocated a unique ID. Parents then log into their own secure account pages where they see an up to date list of items, school trips, and other options available to their child, together with details of costs and dates. They can then choose which items to pay electronically with the transaction being conducted through a highly secure payment server.
