NEW courses to support your upgrade to PULSE v4
PULSE v4 courses are the latest addition to the One Training Development Programme (TDP) designed to support your authority’s training needs when upgrading to the PULSE v4 module. These can be delivered onsite at your local authority (LA) or via scheduled courses held at a variety of locations across the country (subject to numbers).
Choosing couldn’t be easier…
To make things easy we have categorised PULSE v4 courses into 3 themes:
- PULSE v4 Launch - provides a minimum initial training pack of 5 courses* designed to equip you with the basics and ‘get to grips’ with the new functionality.
- PULSE v4 Plus - designed to help develop your knowledge and skills further, whilst exploring new functionality and benefits that PULSE v4 has to offer your authority.
- v4 Platform – helps to improve the users' overall knowledge and skills that can be easily applied across the full range of One modules.

Ways to purchase your PULSE v4 training days:
- You may wish to purchase 1 or all 3 of the above packs to be delivered onsite at your LA, which can be tailored to your LA requirements. By purchasing these via your Annual Maintenance, you will receive a discounted rate.
- We will also be running the 15 training days as TDP courses, you may therefore wish to purchase the TDP places for this training. (N.B. we cannot guarantee we will be running a TDP for each day, this will be dependent on demand). Full course details can be found at www.capitaes.co.uk/training
- If you do not require all the training courses within a pack, you can purchase any of the 15 training days to be delivered onsite at your authority for the standard day rate. If your Authority purchases these days via Annual Maintenance you will receive a discounted rate.
- You may wish to purchase a number of onsite training days and/or TDP places so that you can mix and match between onsite training and attending TDP’s for any of the 15 training days.
