Systems & Integration - sharing quality information
| The One Solution |
| Making the most of the data available, the Systems and Integration Suite provides access to information without the need to re-key core data, providing significant cost savings and enabling local authorities to share quality information. |
Accreditation Scheme
The new One Accreditation Scheme is designed to help all types of One Support teams and authority users demonstrate that they are providing a high-quality, professional service to their stakeholders. The scheme draws on Capita Children’s Services’ (Capita CS) wide experience on the effective use of the One application suite and of how to manage an application support service. This knowledge also guides the Accreditation Scheme users and their managers in determining professional action plans. (click here for more information on Accreditation Scheme)
Address Cleaning Tool Validates and cleans addresses extracted from One and matches addresses against a national address database sourced from Royal Mail data. This software can also be offered as a service to schools for validating and cleaning addresses held in the SIMS dBase, before final conversion to SIMS .net.
